Shipping
We ship worldwide with tracking. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery is 10–20 business days depending on your location (occasionally longer to remote areas). You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If anything looks delayed, email us at hello@shopdeskreset.com and we'll sort it out.
Import taxes & duties
Prices at checkout do not include import taxes, customs duties, or VAT that your country may charge on international orders. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are separate from the item price and shipping. Thresholds vary by country and most small orders are unaffected, but please check your local rules if you're unsure.
Returns & 30-day guarantee
We want you to love your DeskReset. If you're not happy within 30 days of delivery, email us at hello@shopdeskreset.com and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Items should be in reusable condition, and we ask that you contact us before returning anything so we can guide you through it.
Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us a photo within 30 days and we'll send a replacement or refund — no need to return it.
